1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AlphaBitc, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies incorporated into them.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally permitted to use AlphaBitc and cryptocurrency-related services in your jurisdiction.

You must provide accurate account information and must not use the platform for unlawful activity.

3. Member Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You should notify AlphaBitc Support if you believe your account credentials have been compromised.

4. Deposits

Bitcoin deposits must be sent using the payment information presented by the platform. Cryptocurrency transfers can be irreversible.

You are responsible for reviewing the destination address, amount and transaction information before sending cryptocurrency.

5. Trading and Returns

Cryptocurrency and trading activities involve substantial risk. Any rate, payout schedule, strategy description, historical result, projection or platform calculation should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular financial result will occur.

Market conditions, liquidity, technical conditions and other factors can affect results.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the platform procedures displayed when a request is submitted. Processing estimates are operational targets and should not be interpreted as blockchain confirmation guarantees.

You are responsible for providing a valid Bitcoin destination address. Cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect address may be unrecoverable.

7. Referral Program

If referral features are available, commissions and eligibility are determined according to the referral rules displayed by AlphaBitc.

Members must not make false, misleading or guaranteed-income claims when describing AlphaBitc to another person.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not attempt to compromise the platform, access another member's account, manipulate transactions, exploit technical errors, submit fraudulent information, use AlphaBitc for unlawful purposes or interfere with platform operation.

9. Platform Availability

AlphaBitc may require maintenance, upgrades or temporary service interruptions. Continuous or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

10. Third-Party Services

Certain functions may depend on third-party networks, market-data providers, email providers, hosting infrastructure or blockchain services. AlphaBitc does not control the independent operation of those third-party systems.

11. Risk

You acknowledge that Bitcoin and trading-related activities can result in financial loss. You should review the AlphaBitc Risk Disclosure before depositing funds or participating in trading-related features.

12. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the platform, its services or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by applicable law.
